16.183 Repairs to Gateposts and Fencing in Halls Field: Further to the meeting on 6th September 2016, the tenant had advised that he would continue to ensure that the field is stock proof but that he would not contribute to additional fencing. It was also noted that the fencing needs attention by Halls House and the Clerk is to write to the estate manager at Stonewater when repairs are being undertaken to advise of cost. After a discussion, the members RESOLVED the following:
In view of the Village Hall being an asset to the community, the members have agreed to forego a contribution from the tenant and all repairs to gateposts and fencing are to be undertaken as per quote from M B Whitlock dated 05/09/2016.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 8.04pm.
