Woodgreen Parish Council – Community Fibre Partnership Proposal To Deliver Full Fibre Broadband to Residential and Business Premises in Woodgreen

Introduction

The Parish Council is sponsoring a proposed expansion of Broadband to deliver Full Fibre Broadband to all residential and business premises in the village. Working with Openreach a Community Partnership Scheme will be designed to provide the required fibre cabling direct to each participating property. Funding to support the scheme is being made available through the Government’s Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme and Hampshire County Council’s Broadband programme.

Forestry England: Supporting Ground Nesting birds in the New Forest – 2021 campaign

Introduction

Later this spring, Forestry England and the New Forest National Park Authority will launch their annual campaign to support the ground nesting bird season here in the New Forest. Running from 1 March – late July the campaign aims to raise awareness of the critical importance of this habitat to many rare ground nesting birds, and highlight how the public can play their part in supporting them during this time.
